Every peso you play on 99jlj counts toward something. Our VIP program is built to reward players who stick around — with real perks that grow the more active you are. From cashback and faster withdrawals to a dedicated account manager at the top tiers, this is what loyalty looks like on 99jlj.
A lot of online gaming platforms have a loyalty program that looks good on the surface but does not actually deliver much once you start playing. At 99jlj, we wanted to build something different — a tiered VIP system that rewards players in ways that actually matter to them. Faster access to your winnings, real cashback on your play, personalised service when you need it, and exclusive access to games and offers that regular accounts do not see.
The 99jlj VIP program runs across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Every player who creates a verified account starts at the Bronze level automatically. From there, your tier advances based on your activity on the platform. The more you play across slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, and eBingo, the higher your tier climbs — and the better your benefits become.
There is no complicated points calculation or confusing conversion formula. Your VIP progress is tracked in your account dashboard, so you always know exactly where you stand and how far you are from the next tier. The system is designed to be transparent and straightforward — because players here in the Philippines deserve to know what they are working toward.
Casual players enjoy 99jlj as it is — a smooth, well-stocked platform with hundreds of games, live sports betting, and easy deposits in Philippine Peso. But for players who make 99jlj a regular part of their entertainment routine, the VIP program adds a whole other layer of value to every session.
Think about it from a practical standpoint. If you regularly play slots or bet on PBA games, the cashback benefit alone makes a meaningful difference over time. If you play live casino frequently, having faster withdrawal processing means you spend less time waiting to access your winnings. And for the most active players at the Platinum tier, having a dedicated account manager who knows your account personally is a level of service you simply do not find on most platforms.
Start at Bronze and work your way up. Each tier unlocks a new set of perks on top of what you already have.
A closer look at the benefits that make the 99jlj VIP program worth working toward.
VIP members receive cashback on eligible gaming activity. The rate increases with each tier, so the higher your level, the more comes back to your account on a regular basis.
From Silver tier onwards, your withdrawal requests are moved up the processing queue. At Gold and Platinum levels, priority processing means you get your winnings significantly faster.
Platinum members are assigned a personal account manager who knows their account, preferences, and history. Direct contact, personalised service — no going through the general support queue.
VIP members receive personalised bonus offers that are not available to general accounts. These are tailored to your game preferences and activity — not generic promotions sent to everyone.
Gold and Platinum members get first access to new slot titles, live casino rooms, and feature releases before they go live to the general player base.
Upper-tier VIP members benefit from increased deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, giving you more flexibility in how you manage your gaming balance.
The path from Bronze to Platinum is clear and consistent. Here is how the progression works on 99jlj.
Create your 99jlj account and complete the KYC identity verification process. Once verified, you are automatically enrolled in the VIP program at Bronze tier — no separate sign-up needed.
Your VIP progress builds through your regular gaming activity across the platform. Slots, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and eBingo all contribute. Just play what you enjoy.
Log in and check the VIP section in your account dashboard at any time. Your current tier, progress toward the next level, and active benefits are all visible in one place.
When you meet the activity threshold for the next tier, your account upgrades automatically. You will receive a notification confirming your new tier and the additional benefits now available to you.
Cashback, faster withdrawals, exclusive offers, and personal service — all active from the moment your tier updates. No waiting, no manual activation needed.

Your VIP activity is accumulated across all game categories on 99jlj. Whether you spend most of your time spinning slots, placing bets on PBA Basketball and international football, joining live baccarat tables, shooting fish, or playing eBingo — it all contributes to your tier progress.
This is worth knowing if you tend to mix up your gaming. A player who plays slots in the morning and checks sports odds during a PBA game at night is building VIP progress across both activities. The system recognises the full breadth of your engagement with the platform, not just one category.
For players who are specifically interested in live casino, the 99jlj live tables are available through both the desktop site and the mobile app — with HD streaming quality that holds up well on mobile data. Live baccarat tends to be the most popular among Filipino players, but blackjack and roulette tables are available around the clock as well.
The VIP program is designed to reward players who enjoy 99jlj regularly — but it is important to be clear that chasing a VIP tier is never a reason to play beyond your means or beyond the time you have set aside for entertainment. The cashback and rewards are genuinely useful, but they should be seen as a bonus on top of gaming you are doing for fun — not as a reason to increase your play beyond your comfort zone.
Set your gaming budget before each session and stick to it. Use the account tools available to set deposit limits if you find that helpful. The 99jlj VIP program is for players aged 21 and above. For more information on managing your gaming activity responsibly, visit the Responsible Gaming page.
Your personal data and account information are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. VIP-specific account data — your tier, progress, and personalised offers — is visible only to you and the relevant 99jlj team members who manage your account.
